TxiPersistentControlNode.ReadParams method

Declaration:

procedure ReadParams(aNode: IXmlNode); override;

If NeedID is true, this procedure reads the control identifier (from the name attribite of the XML node) and puts it into ID. Also, it fills up the DefaultValue property from the default attribute.
